June 24, 2009 Daybreak dipping!

So after visiting the parks at day break, Haley and Emily wanted to do more than just dip their toes in the water.  They insisted on jumping in. So as any good father who knows the importance of childhood memories I said have at it! So pink clothes and all they jumped right in... and while they were filthy I had them role around in the sand for good measure! They make great Sand Monsters!

May 09,2009 Volunteer firefighters

My angels as volunteer firefighters! On our way to the zoo, there was a huge plume of smoke and we could see the blaze a few miles away, So who can pass up on a good house burning party. The property was sold, and the house donated to the local fire dept for practice. Haley and Emily were able to get in on the action and try the fire hose. It was a great experience for them!
